We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy details below, which are processed in accordance with our supplier guidelines.
Return Window & Eligibility
You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return

Return Address: Items must be returned to our warehouse in China.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Process: Once your request is accepted, we will provide the specific warehouse address and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. To process a claim for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, you must contact us immediately with:

Photos or videos of the item and packaging.

Screenshots of any relevant disputes.

Your order number.
We process these requests within 24–48 hours to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).

Custom or personalized products.

Personal care goods (beauty products).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards.
Cancellations

Standard Orders: Must be canceled before shipping.

POD/Branded Orders: Must be canceled within 48 hours of placement.
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
A refund may be requested if your package is lost or exceeds the following delivery windows:

Standard Season: 30 days.

Peak Season: 40 days.
Note: We cannot offer refunds for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer or packages left unclaimed at local post offices.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
